At Robust Rottie, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We want you (and your Rottie) to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase, provided the item:

Is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Has all original tags and packaging

Includes proof of purchase

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to accept returns on used or customised items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. damages and issues

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major fault.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once assessed, if the item is deemed faulty, we’ll cover all postage costs and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please check our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.

If you have ordered the wrong size:

You may request an exchange within 14 days

Item must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If the correct size is unavailable, we may issue a store credit.

SALE ITEMS

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
